Order Process

All ByJRegis pieces are made to order with a build time of 2–5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.


Order Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer. By purchasing from ByJRegis.com, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim:

 

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All items are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If your item arrives defective, we will replace it with the exact same item. No exceptions.

 

Shipping: Domestic & International

We do not edit or change delivery addresses once an order is placed. Please ensure your address is correct before checkout.

Orders ship within 2–5 business days after purchase. Delivery times vary by location, season, and carrier.

  • Domestic orders include tracking.
  • International orders typically arrive within 4–15 business days, depending on customs, weather, and carrier operations.

We’re always available to help track your order and provide updates whenever possible.

Repairs & Servicing
We offer repair services with a 2–4 week lead time, depending on the repair. Labor is covered by ByJRegis; materials and shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner.

 

Please note: parts that experience normal wear and tear are not covered under repair. To purchase replacement components, contact info@byjregis.com for available options.
